Drawings in Moleskine - Angels and Angles

trying to draw a little more just to draw...for no other reason other than to practice more...
did this last night in church on Christmas Eve - yes i should have been singing and praying but that's not my thing...i do those things in my head...


this is Cate Blanchett quickly drawn - i think the angles on her face are really fabulous (her actual face - not my drawing of it) - i like exaggerated line and i see that a lot in her face - i will try the new twilight guy next maybe because there are some serious angles there...

Drawing of my daughter Gwyneth


well, i find i haven't been just drawing lately...if i'm not drawing to paint i'm just not sketching at all which i feel is important...so i'm going to make an effort to do that a little more...must go buy a moleskin...this happened last night when i was supposed to be playing poker and the game changed to Risk...that's a big no way for me...this is from a photo - it's flawed but looks similar to her.
