I did this painting for a show called The Art of Jazz which is happening right now at the Goggleworks in Reading, PA. It was a lot of fun to do since there is collage as well as silver leaf and acrylic paint happening here. The collaged paper in her hair is sheet music - some of which is called Caravan by Duke Ellington. It's 24x24 on wraparound canvas - i'm very happy with it and it was a fun experience to paint!
